Grow Talent provided consulting services in strategic dimensions of HR to many of the large global and local firms and rapidly grew and became the leader in our space in the Indian subcontinent with over a hundred staff and associates and offices in Delhi/ Mumbai, Bangalore and Colombo. In 2006, founders of Grow Talent decided to enter the field of higher education. A Vision was developed to create the School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) that would develop thousands of leaders to lead in a manner that the planet requires. Sustainability, ethics, community partnership and the spiritual dimensions of leadership are badly needed in the times of today when greed has got the better of goodness within us.

Grow Talent has sold its consulting business to Right Management to fund its new Vision and after completing all its commitments to the new shareholders is shortly launching its Education business.
