Grow Talent Company Ltd, a HR consulting firm, has announced its strategic partnership with the $500 million US-based Right Management Consultants.

"The tie-up is to leverage on Right's global reach and capabilities, and Grow Talent's expertise in providing consulting services to businesses in the country," CEO, Grow Talent Company, Anil Sachdev, told reporters here.

"Talent management is a key challenge faced by organisations today. Evolving business dynamics are constantly bringing newer situations. While businesses learn to adapt to these, employee transition has become a sensitive area. We intend to partner with our clients in handling this process," Vice President Asia, Right Management Consultants, Glenn Heidenreich, said.
