Customized Benchmark Report

Question- by- question comparison of survey results?

We will provide you with charts comparing your results on each survey question with each of the three benchmarks you choose. To better help you interpret your results, each question is explained within the context of the Great Place to Work® Model©.

Employee comments and themes?

Employees who respond to the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© are asked to explain why they consider their company a "great place to work" Typically, 30% to 40% of the respondents answer this question. We will provide you with selected employee comments and a summary of the top five themes paraphrasing the voices of your employees.

Summary of HR Policies/ Practices of the Great Places to Work?

This will include a summary of the responses to questions on the Great Place to Work® Culture Audit© (Part 1), including average staff turnover rate, average annual hours of training for largest occupational group, average additional time off above statutory minimum maternity leave etc.

Select three benchmarks to compare your results

Each report may contain three benchmarks of the Trust Index© (employee survey) results for presentation in a simple spreadsheet format as well as in our unique "question- by- question" comparison format described further below.

You may create any three benchmarks from the organisations making to the Great Place to Work® list in India.

Top 5, 10, or 25 organisations India
INDUSTRY BENCHMARK

You pick your own grouping(s) of the companies on the Great Place to Work® list in India (minimum 5 companies in the list per benchmark). We will combine the results of the companies you select to produce the benchmark. Individual company results will always remain confidential.

EMPLOYEE POPULATION BENCHMARKS

Companies with 50-250 employees, 250-500 employees, 500-1,000; 1,000- 2,500; 2,500- 5,000; 5,000- 10,000; More than10,000.

Pricing

The cost for the report is Rs. 25,000. You will receive one printed report, which includes a spreadsheet summary of your three benchmarks, a question-by-question survey results comparisons, employee comments and themes summary of HR Policies/Practices of companies appearing on the Great Place to Work ® list in India.
