| Our
Methodology: The study is a simple 2-step
process, which consists of a short employee
survey and management questionnaire. |
To conduct
the study, Grow Talent will administer a 58-statement
employee survey developed by Great Place to Work®
Institute to a representative sample of your employee
force. These employee ratings shall constitute
2/3rd of the overall score for your organization.
The balance 1/3rd of your score will be based
on your responses to our Great Place to Work®
Culture Audit©, a management questionnaire
typically completed by the HR department.
