Integrity
of Our Selection Process
Any organization
that appears on our list is selected primarily
on the basis of their employees' responses to
the Great Place to Work® Trust Index©,
a proprietary employee survey developed by the
Great Place to Work® Institute. In addition,
we evaluate materials submitted by the workplace,
including the management response to the Great
Place to Work® Culture Audit©, any accompanying
materials submitted by the organization for consideration,
as well as information gathered from other reputable
sources such as media stories about the organization.
Grow Talent
Company Ltd. and Great Place to Work® Institute,
Inc., will not permit personal relationships,
gifts, or various influences (or attempted influences)
to take any part in the selection of the companies
for the list.
Evaluators involved
in the selection of companies for the list must
sign non-disclosure agreements and are screened
for potential conflicts-of-interest before participating
in the evaluation process.
Confidentiality:
Data, Materials, or other Company Information

Talent Company Ltd. and Great Place to
Work® Institute, Inc. will securely
hold information given to it by participating
organization's and will not sell or trade
any organizations data or contact information
to third parties.

Grow
Talent Company Ltd. and Great Place to
Work® Institute, Inc. will only provide
organization data or contact information
to its media and research partners who
have been authorized in advance by written
agreements with Grow Talent Company Ltd.
for purposes of developing and publishing
the list. Grow Talent Company Ltd. and
Great Place to Work® Institute, Inc.
will seek advance approval from participating
companies for any other external use of
their data.

Talent Company Ltd. and Great Place to
Work® Institute, Inc. will never release
a participating organization's survey
scores in their entirety without the organization's
permission, and only if it provides positive
recognition for the organization.

Talent Company Ltd. and Great Place to
Work® Institute, Inc. may publish
reports, citing examples of a workplace's
best practices submitted through the selection
process, so long as they agree with the
terms of positive recognition outlined
below.

Talent Company Ltd. and Great Place to
Work® Institute, Inc. will never reveal
whether or not an organization has participated
for selection on the list, for current
or past years. This includes employees
of participating organizations, other
than each organization's contact person
to Grow Talent Company Ltd. and Great
Place to Work® Institute, Inc.

Positive Recognition:
External communications about the list, companies,
and data
|
|
Grow
Talent Company Ltd. and Great Place to
Work® Institute, Inc. and its media
partner will only publicize information
about organizations who make the list
and will only publicize positive aspects
of each organization.

|
|
A listed
organization's survey scores on selected
questions may be highlighted in the media
to illustrate unique or best practices
that make that organization an outstanding
workplace.
