Anil Sachdev
Chairman & MD |

Anil Sachdev is the Founder of Grow Talent Company Limited.
Anil started his career in 1975 with Telco, and joined the Eicher Group in 1978 where his responsibilities spanned various roles such as HR, operations, general management and quality functions. Anil joined the board of the company in 1990.
Anil’s passion for the people dimension of business led him to set up ECS (formerly Eicher Consultancy Services) in 1991. Over the decade for which Anil was the CEO, ECS grew to become not only one of the leading consulting and change management firms in India but also an institution admired for its work, values of ethics, service and innovation.Anil started Grow Talent Company Ltd. in 2000 with a focus on helping organizations in India manage their talent effectively and translate organizational potential into performance.
An MBA from Pune University, Anil is married to his college sweetheart Neera, who has been a ‘real partner’ in all aspects of his professional and personal life. Anil and Neera have a son and a daughter. |

Shyam Viswanathan
Chief Executive, Corporate Education |
Shyam Viswanathan is an Electrical Engineer and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies of Delhi University. He has more than 2 decades of experience in the IT industry as well as in Executive Capability Development. He has worked in both the Indian and global geographies. He has participated in configuring and delivering solutions to large corporations in India, W. Europe, Asia Pacific as well as the United States in areas as diverse as Process Design, Knowledge Management and Technology Based Training. He has been the Founder CEO of an international BPO organization and has been on the Board of Directors of corporations in India and the US.
Shyam Viswanathan has been the Associate Dean of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and looked after the Executive Education activity at the school.
Viswanathan is the Chief Executive – Corporate Education at Grow Talent Company. In this capacity, he works closely with the CEOs and Top Management teams of large and medium sized organizations – to help them build the capability of their Executives to cope with rapid global changes in their business environments. His team can build and operate outsourced Corporate Universities for companies as well as assist organizations to set up their own in house Universities. |

Arunav Banerjee
Chief Operating Officer |
Arunav Banerjee is the Chief Operating Officer and is currently heading the northern, central and eastern offices at Grow Talent Company Limited. In this capacity, he draws business plans for Grow Talent and is leading the internal processes. Arunav holds a degree in Law from Bangalore University, is a B (Tech) graduate from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Kolkata. This is backed with 30 years of nonpareil experience in industry and consulting.
Arunav's areas of expertise are Organization Design and Effectiveness. He has worked closely on linking people strategies with business strategies. He has led the Human Resources team on the DFID / WB project on restructuring of the APSEB during the year 2000. The World Bank project for restructuring of the Infrastructure Wing of HUDCO was led by Arunav in the year 1998/99. Apart from this he has mentored several large value HR assignments in the commercial arena which include Infosys, American Express, Nokia and others.
He has held posts in the capacity of Head HR at SRF, Network. He has headed HR Consulting at Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen, India. He was the Principal Consultant at Triple A Consulting, a niche HR consulting firm specializing in improving organizational effectiveness through integrated people related products and solutions. |

Kanti Gopal
Vice President - Career Transition Practice & Location Head-Mumbai & East and Central |
| Kanti Gopal is a Vice President – Consulting Services with Grow Talent. A post graduate in PM&IR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, he has 15 years of experience spanning Corporate HR, Operations and Change Management Consulting. He worked for companies such as VST Industries Limited, Eicher Consultancy Services, Cadence Design Systems, iShiva Back Office Limited and HCL Comnet before joining Grow Talent three years
ago.
Kanti heads the Career Transition and Social Entrepreneurship practices. As part of the Career Transition practice he helps senior managers during their transition either from one company to another or from one role to another within organizations. As part of Social Entrepreneurship he assists NGO's to develop change management capabilities and bring in transformation in villages.
Kanti has prior to this done consulting work for L&T, Godrej, Cadburys, Eicher Motors, Deepak Fertilizers, Central Buildings Research Institute, GCMMF, Mawana Sugars, Gillette, Maral Overseas, GMR, World Blind Union and Chinmaya Organization for Rural Development. |

J Karthikeyan
Vice President & Location Head-Bangalore |
Karthikeyan is Vice President, Consulting Services and Location Head for the South region. He has worked in a cross section of industries including software services, consulting, manufacturing, IT enabled services (ITES) as a Human Resources professional.
He has around 13 years of experience as a practitioner and has also played an advisory role to clients on Human resources systems like performance management, learning and development, reward systems, job evaluations, reengineering people processes and complex large sized change programs.
One of his significant assignments was when he worked in the area of job analysis and a competency framework for the evaluation of jobs. The job holders were interviewed to develop the role descriptions and the job competencies based on Critical Incident and Behavioral Event Interview techniques. The competencies developed were revalidated with the job holders superior.

Meenal A. Jadhav
Vice President – Talent Appreciation Practice |
Meenal Jadhav is the Team Leader in the Talent Management practice and heads the Talent Appreciation Process (TAP) at Grow Talent.
Meenal plays the important role of assessing talent for development and potential-enhancement. This is intricately linked to helping organizations map their capacity and competency requirements and then assessing talent to draw up individual development plans. The talent profiling thus done for organizations helps them identify critical competencies to be developed and capacities to be enhanced in order to meet future business requirements and achieve plans.
Meenal has had an illustrious career throughout with Indian and multinational corporations such as Vam Organic Chemicals, Eicher Tractors, Eicher Consultancy Services and JM Morgan Stanley. During her varied assignments, Meenal has helped organizations in developing and aligning HR systems including performance management systems, and training & development systems. She was also instrumental in implementing the 360-degree appraisal process at JM Morgan Stanley. She also has wide-ranging experience in assessment of talent for recruitment and development.
Meenal was also an outstanding student throughout her academic career securing a gold medal in her MBA from University Business School, Chandigarh and second rank in Punjab University in her Masters in Economics.
Meenal is an avid trekker and has interest in Indian classical dance. She is married and has a daughter. |

Krishan K Chopra

Krishan Chopra brings with him 37 years of experience in Industry in the areas of Engineering Planning, Quality Control, Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales, and Strategic
Planning.
After graduating from IIT Mumbai in Mechanical Engineering, he started his career with Philips India in Pune, where, besides getting hands-on experience in Quality Control, he also set up Engineering Planning & Control cell. After his stint at Philips, he moved to the Eicher group, where he worked at various plant locations in the areas of Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales, as well as Strategic Planning. In addition, he also ran the Program Management Office for key initiatives of the Commercial Vehicle business unit in
Eicher.
Krishan is an avid reader, a Sudoku enthusiast, and likes to travel. He is married, and has a son and a daughter. |

Rajendra Middha

Rajendra, a CA & CS brings with him over eight years experience in Industry, Consulting and professional accounting in the areas of Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Financial planning, Treasury, Income tax, Service tax, company law and secretarial matters.
He started his career with K.G. Somani & Co., a Chartered Accountant firm headed by the Former President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and then worked for seven years with HFCL, a leading telecommunications company before joining Grow Talent as Head – Finance & Company
Secretary.
He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. |

Anuradha Sharma
Head Time and Space & Brand Building |
Anuradha Sharma heads an independent division of Grow Talent, Time and Space, which are leading specialists in organizing learning events and creating Inspired Learning Spaces. Time & Space supports the logistics of more than 60 training programs per month, covering over 3000 people and 20 cities, all-India every month.
Anuradha uses subliminal learning techniques to make class room learning more effective and innovative ideas to deepen and accelerate the effect of workshops and meetings. Internal branding and communication and inspired execution to cascade vision and values throughout organizations are other areas of specialization.
Anuradha is a BSc Honours in Economics from Kolkata, where she started her career with Response India P Ltd, an advertising agency. She spent the next 14 years in Delhi, in the advertising industry. She was also Business Manager for Ray + Kesavan Design, a graphic Design Studio, where she got hands on experience in the areas of brand management and development, graphic design, printing and production. She is one of the first Indians to be trained by Dick Shaver, the Direct Marketing Guru, in the area of Direct Mail.
She has spent five years in the marketing support and services industry, where she was involved with the development of all-India retail and dealer networks, and support of events. |

Ravi Sharma

Ravi heads the Develop practice at Grow Talent. He is an engineer from DCE and a post graduate from IIM, Bangalore.
He brings with him more than 13 years of experience in companies such as Becton Dickinson, Max Ateev, Proctor & Gamble, and Larsen & Toubro. Immediately prior to joining Grow Talent, Ravi was working as a University Trainer in Becton Dickinson, where he worked with training teams in Australia, China and Singapore, in the areas of Diversity Awareness, Coaching For Performance & Development, Managing Personal Effectiveness and ‘application of Marketing
Principles.’
Ravi believes that it is essentially ‘people who create the winning edge’ in any business, and that it takes several simultaneous factors to get them ‘engaged’ and ‘energized’. His strength lies in his ability to work with new domains and in achieving turn-around business performance and training. |

Vivek Tripathi

Vivek holds a Master’s in Physics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has joined us after more that 13 years of experience in generalist and specialist roles in Human Resources, the last ten of which were with leading companies in the Hi-Tech
sector.
He has worked with companies such as Crompton Greaves Ltd, Daewoo Motors Ltd, Cadence Design Systems, and Motorola India Ltd. His last 2 assignments were with Adobe Systems India Pvt Limited and Bharti Airtel, Enterprise Services (Corporate) as Head of Human Resources.
Vivek has expertise in designing and implementing HR systems-Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits etc, and in implementing change management initiatives in partnership with the leadership teams. He has also delivered Training Modules in the area of Leadership development and Performance Management. |

Keyuri Singh

Keyuri is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India and has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Consulting, Finance and Accounting.
She has worked in various multinational companies like Hindustan Ciba – Geigy Ltd and Rohm and Haas (I) Pvt. Ltd in India in the Finance, Accounting and supply Chain functions.
In the Consulting field, she has worked for A F Ferguson and Co. in India as well as with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Lanka) Pvt. Ltd in Sri Lanka before joining Grow Talent.Within Grow Talent, over the last three years, she has been responsible for a large organizational transformation project in Sri Lanka and for projects in the areas of Performance Management Systems, Competency Modeling, Career Planning, and Assessment Centers. |

Girish Kamath
Assistant Vice President – Consulting Services |
Girish has an engineering background, and has completed his post graduation in HR as well. He is a qualified external assessor for the Malcolm Bridge model on Business Excellence, and is also a qualified CII assessor on the EFQM model.
Prior to joining Grow Talent, Girish was working with Tata Power Co. Ltd., who he joined as a graduate trainee and was with for 15 years. He worked on various projects with them, his last assignment being in the Business Excellence Group supporting the deployment of their Corporate Strategy. He also supported Corporate HR in terms of integrating Corporate Strategy with measurement systems such as People
Index.”
In the two years that Girish has spent at Grow Talent, he has been involved with fairly diverse set of projects. He started his innings on a large internal branding exercise for one of the largest infrastructure companies. Subsequently assignment was in helping a medium sized company in transforming its people practices where the effectiveness of the interventions were linked to business outcomes such as attrition rate, referral rate and scores on the CII HR excellence model. Some of his other contributions would include, defining functional competencies for a large automotive company, being an assessor on number of client engagements, Vision and Values for an energy major, OD initiative for a respected pharma MNC
etc.
Currently Girish is part of the Leadership Team at Western India and provides support to multiple teams engaged in consulting delivery. |
