Capacity is the sum total of demonstrated
competencies and unrealized potential. Capacities are determined
by analysing demonstrated competencies and then deciding
if your past learnings enable you to take charge of an existing
situation.
The four fundamental capacities are to :
1. Learn
2. Think
3. Relate
4. Act
GT HOUSE OF TALENT
The four capacities make the 'House of Talent'
of an individual and collectively of the organization. Values
form the foundation of the House of Talent. Values help
individuals discriminate amongst options and make decisions.

Capacity to Learn, measured as Learning Quotient,
is the mother capacity that takes an individual to the House
of Talent.
Capacity to Think, measured as Conceptual
Quotient, and Capacity to Relate, measured as Relationship
Quotient, form the pillars of the House of Talent.
What stands out the most and is visible even
from a distance is the Capacity to Act, which is measured
as Action Quotient.
The Talent Quotient of an individual is therefore
measured as:
TQ = [(AQ+CQ+RQ+LQ) * Values] / Talent (Max).
If the house of talent is in good health then,
there is no limit to one's growth. Only sky is the limit!
